One brave little boy will be receiving Captain America’s shield, said a CNN report.
Actor Chris Evans said he is giving it to Bridger Walker.
The six-year-old Walker saved his four-year-old sister from a dog attack.
As a result, he sustained 90 stitches to his face and underwent a two-hour surgery.
In a video message, Evans said:
“Captain America here, so I read your story.
“I saw what you did and I’m sure you heard a lot of this over the last couple days.

“But let me be the next one to tell you, pal, you’re a hero!
“What you did was so brave, so selfless, your sister is so lucky to have you as a big brother.”
Passing The Captain America Shield
Hence, Evans said he will trace the brave boy’s address to send him an authentic Captain America shield.
“Because pal, you deserve it,” he added.
When Walker’s father asked him why he jumped in between his sister and the dog, the boy said:
“If someone had to die, I thought it should be me,” according to the statement from the family obtained by CNN.
DC Universe Noticed Him Too
It is not only the Marvel Cinematic Universe that took notice of Walker, but the DC Universe also sighted him.
Namely, Actress Anne Hathaway also took to Instagram how she felt about young Walker’s heroism.
Hathaway portrayed Catwoman in the DC Universe.
