Famous Japanese Actor, Haruma Miura was found dead inside his house on Saturday, as per a Japan Times report.
He was 30 years old.
According to a Japan Times source, the actor was unresponsive when he was found inside his house on Saturday.
He was then rushed to the hospital.
However, as soon as they got there, he was already proclaimed dead.
Officers suspect that the actor took his life due to a suicide letter found inside his house in Tokyo.
Miura started his career as a child actor.
One of his big breaks was getting a role in the Japanese popular TV series, Gokusen.
Miura also starred in many famous movies in Japan such as Koizora (Sky of Love), Kimi ni Todoke (From Me to You), and Attack on Titan.
Social Media Reaction and Resurfacing of an Old Letter
Fans were shocked when they heard the news.
Amuse Inc, Miura’s managing company released a statement about his death, as per a Kyodonews report.
“To fans and people concerned, we apologize for the worry and the inconvenience caused,” they said.
The company also promised to update the fans again, as they are still “confirming” the details to the 30-year-old’s death.
Moreover, a letter written by the actor 10 years ago resurfaced on the internet upon news of his death.
It is a letter from his 20-year-old self, to his 30-year-old self.
In the letter translated by Deepnews, he asked himself,
“Are you living a happy life?
Have you held precious things tightly in your arms?
If you are still like that, no matter what, do your best to face it.
In short, please be a strong person”
Fans were devastated as the actor was unable to continue on living.
Some fans think that the letter sounds like a will.
Some believe that the letter shows the actor has been fighting his own battle for a long time.
